From Friday people travelling to Scotland from abroad who are fully vaccinated or under the age of 18 will no longer need to take. Fully vaccinated travellers (two doses) and unders no longer need to take a test either before or after they arrive in England, Scotland. If you're visiting Scotland from another country, normal travel rules apply. This means that you do not need to complete a Passenger Locator Form, take any.
Very few countries allow unrestricted access to those who have not been vaccinated. A temporary flight ban will be in place and all travellers who have been in these countries must quarantine and take tests.
